Cardstock Automatas--Book
Don't forget to log every day with specific details about what you planned or accomplished.
Goal: To create one or more cardstock automatas.
Artifact: Pictures and videos of the completed automata.

Let me know which of the projects you wish to create from the booklets so that I can get copies made. I usually have the penguin and the peak a bear ready.
I do have a few of the 2nd book scanned in color to print. The colors are important in the details
The Karikuri Book has much better instructions that the Paper Automata book
You are expected to use glue to hold your automata together. You may use blue painters tape to hold together joints temporarily, but the tape should be removed when finished.
Your plan sheet should include details about the the materials you will need and your choices for project(s),
Your Choice Writing link should be a resource that you find either about how your automata looks finished or about tips for making automatas.
This project often creates a mess on the floor. Please take a moment at the end of the class to use the floor sweeper to clean up your space.
Ailenne's Tacky glue is the suggested glue to use.
I do have several knitting needles which make good scoring tools to make your project folds neater and better.
I also have several silicone mats on which I suggest you work. The glue will not stick to the mat when it is dried which will allow for you to remove it easier.
