Origami

Don't forget to log every day with specific details about what you planned or accomplished.  

Goal:  To follow instructions to complete an origami project.   

Artifacts:  The completed origami projects and photographs of the projects. You should work on the project for the full 8 days.  The number of pieces created will depend on the intricacy of the pieces.    

Project Details to Know:

• You will need to find your own instruction resources (websites, books from the library)  for your projects.

•  We do have a wide variety of papers to use, but most of them will be in the letter size (8.5" by 11).  If you wish to use something bigger, we may be able to get paper from the art teacher or you may have to supply your own.  

•  After you have photographed and uploaded the photographs to classroom, you may take them home.  

• You may create the same origami piece more than once, especially if you wish to improve or change it slightly.  

• Ninja stars are not allowed.  

• This is one of the projects that requires specific attention to detail.  If you don't work carefully, your origami projects will not turn out well.
