Don't forget to log your progress every day. Artifacts: Pictures of your creation and a video of your creation in motion uploaded to Google Classroom. Resources: You can utilize the following YouTube video and recreate that walking robot or you may create your own. Your walking robot may be created from the same materials as in the video, but we also have gears, pulleys, and balsa available as well. You may use any classroom resource with teacher permission. Safety with cutting utensils--In your choice writing about the website, you must include safety guidelines for using a sharp blade. Use the PowerPoint below to help you add this information to your choice writing. Whenever you are cutting, you must use the cutting mat underneath your project. Please do not glue on the cutting mat. At this point we will use hot glue for the project. |
